- Intensive 5-day mock trial program dedicated to training attorneys responsible for handling civil child protection cases and termination of parental rights cases. Offered to attorneys across the United States. Faculty members were responsible for training the “students” by offering two levels of critique – substantive critiques offered in the court room and stylistic critiques based upon viewing of videos of each student’s performance.
- Program is sponsored by the National Child Protection Training Center originally through the American Prosecutors Research Institute then through the National District Attorneys Association.
- Participated in panel that established the program in 2004.
