The Housholder Law Firm is open and taking on new clients and we are working hard to protect our clients and our families while still providing legal assistance through the current Coronavirus pandemic situation in a safe manner. We will seek to try and keep you informed as to how the Coronavirus is affecting our office and legal community through our Website and Facebook pages. We appreciate everyone’s help in being patient, helping your neighbors, and treating everyone with care and compassion as we all work through these extraordinary times.
In an effort to keep everyone as fully informed as information is made available, please visit the below links. At this moment, each county and circuit is handling cases differently and within each county and circuit Judges are handling their specific caseloads and courtrooms individually. For instance, Greene County is still limited in offering in-person hearings whereas Webster County has opened their courtrooms but is utilizing social distancing. According to the most recent Supreme Court order, according to our interpretation, face masks are to be worn when attending a court hearing. It is up to each Judge whether they will make an exception for someone who is testifying.
We will keep all of our clients affected by these orders updated as the situation changes. Be flexible and be aware that your case may be rescheduled as the Court continues to grapple with Coronavirus. We will notify our clients by telephone, text message and email if the status of your case changes.
We are monitoring the Coronavirus COVID-19 health situation closely. We are following all recommendations of the local city/county/state health departments and CDC in our office when it is necessary to meet with a client/potential client in person.
As part of our prevention measures, we encourage everyone to contact us via phone: (417) 859-4430, email: trhousholder@housholderlawfirm.com, and/or fax: (417) 881-0883. If we need anyone to come to our office to conduct legal business on your case, we will let you know.
Our civic duty is to help protect everyone in the most professional manner possible, provide leadership to the community, & inform those who might be affected. We have visitors that are in various health conditions. To protect them, we are utilizing hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting sprays. We may ask you to use hand sanitizer and we do require masks. We clean regularly and use heightened measures when each person leaves our office.
We appreciate everyone’s help and patience as we work through the current Coronavirus Pandemic. Be safe and we look forward to when we can all see each other again in person.
Thank you,
Teresa & Keith Housholder
